Bikram Yoga Irvine

At last.  If you've been to the Bikram Yoga Studios in Laguna Beach and Costa Mesa, you'll come to appreciate the new addition in Irvine.  The studio is bright, hip and open, featuring high ceilings and sky lights.  All of the instructors are great, but Danielle is extraordinary.  Anyone who has a soft spot for personal trainers with the mantra "no pain, no gain" will appreciate her class.  No pain, no gain. There's something to that - the extra effort and mental fortitude demanded in a Bikram class is worth it.  Just remember to drink some water before and lots after, bring a towel (or two), and drink lots of water. Oh, and remember to drink lots of water.

Check out their MindBody Scheduler where you can sign up for evening classes and track your progress.

P.S. Grab a bottle of chilled ZICO coconut water on your way out to replenish and re-hydrate you to speedy recovery.

Hi Evana! Thank you so much, we really appreciate it! Would love to hear your feedback on the recipe. Was it all you were hoping it would be?

These recipes are dead on and look great. It's really hard to find Persian recipes that are correct.
